Shannon Dubois is the dynamic Owner and Director of California Fastpitch Tourneys, a top-tier softball events business dedicated to fostering a love for the game and providing exceptional opportunities for players at all levels. With over 15 years of experience playing men’s fastpitch and men’s slowpitch softball, Shannon brings a deep understanding of the sport’s nuances and competitive spirit.
A proud father of daughters who excelled in travel softball, Shannon has firsthand experience in navigating the demands and rewards of youth sports. This personal journey has shaped his commitment to creating a supportive, family-oriented environment where young athletes can thrive. His extensive experience as a youth softball umpire for 15 years further underscores his dedication to fair play, sportsmanship, and the development of young talent.

Director of IT/Marketing: Cameron Dubois
Cameron Dubois serves as the Director of IT and Marketing at California Fastpitch Tourneys (CFT), where his extensive expertise and passion for softball converge to create unparalleled opportunities for athletes and their families. With over 10 years of experience in the softball world as an umpire, Cameron has a keen eye for the intricacies of the game, ensuring that events run smoothly and fairly.
A proud veteran of the Navy, Cameron honed his computer expertise while serving his country, gaining invaluable skills in technology and information systems. He is a distinguished graduate of American Military University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management. Currently, he is furthering his education by pursuing an MBA, continuously striving to enhance his professional capabilities.
Cameron’s background uniquely positions him to excel in both the IT and marketing aspects of CFT. His military discipline and technical proficiency ensure that all digital platforms are robust and user-friendly, while his marketing acumen attracts top-tier teams and provides exceptional college exposure opportunities. Umpire-in-Chief (UIC): Tom Eddy
Tom Eddy holds the esteemed position of Umpire-in-Chief at California Fastpitch Tourneys (CFT), bringing over 30 years of unparalleled experience as an umpire, UIC, and evaluator to the organization. With a deep-seated commitment to the integrity of the game, Tom is responsible for ensuring comprehensive rule knowledge, providing top-tier training and development for umpires, and maintaining productive communication with coaches.
Throughout his illustrious career, Tom has cultivated a reputation for fairness, precision, and a deep understanding of the game’s intricacies. His extensive experience has made him a trusted mentor and evaluator, dedicated to the growth and development of umpires at all levels. Umpire Assignor: Frank Bispo
Frank Bispo is a dedicated and highly experienced professional in the world of sports officiating and education. With 38 years as an educator and a career spanning multiple sports as an official, Frank brings a unique perspective shaped by his roles as a coach, player, parent, and umpire. He is a former Head Football Coach at Thomas Downey High School, a former UC Davis football player, and currently serves as a Division 1 College Umpire in prominent conferences such as the Big West, Mountain West, West Coast Conference, and Big Sky. As the leader of the Northern California Officials Association (NCOA) South, Frank is respected for his integrity, honesty, and ability to view the game from many lenses. His commitment to excellence is further reflected in his role as a father to five Division 1 athletes. Frank’s straightforward approach and deep understanding of sports make him an invaluable asset to our organization.
