Director & Owner: Shannon Dubois
With over 15 years of playing and officiating experience, Shannon Dubois leads California Fastpitch Tourneys with a passion for competition, sportsmanship, and athlete development. A former fastpitch and slowpitch player and longtime youth umpire & assignor, Shannon blends deep knowledge of the game with personal experience as a travel softball parent. His commitment to organized, family-centered events ensures that every tournament provides players with exceptional competition, college exposure, and lasting memories.
Director of IT, Marketing, & Business Strategy: Cameron Dubois, MBA (Pending)
A Navy veteran and lifelong softball advocate, Cameron Dubois leads IT, marketing, and business strategy for California Fastpitch Tourneys (CFT). With over 10 years of experience as an umpire and extensive expertise in technology and operations, Cameron ensures every event delivers a premier experience for athletes and families. A graduate of American Military University with a Bachelor’s in Information Systems Management and an MBA candidate, Cameron’s leadership blends military discipline, marketing innovation, and strategic vision to help athletes compete, grow, and succeed.
Customer Success & Operations Coordinator: Cassandra Zervos
Cassandra serves as the Customer Success & Operations Coordinator for California Fastpitch Tourneys, supporting athletes, families, and teams through every step of the event process. A former travel softball player herself, Cassandra brings firsthand knowledge of the game and a passion for helping young athletes succeed.
She manages customer communications, payment processing, and event records with professionalism and care, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every team. Cassandra’s background in competitive softball and her dedication to excellence make her an invaluable part of the CFT team, helping deliver high-quality events that support player growth and family engagement.
Umpire-in-Chief (UIC): Tom Eddy
With over 30 years of experience, Tom Eddy leads umpire development and officiating excellence at California Fastpitch Tourneys. As a respected UIC, evaluator, and mentor, he ensures every game is called with fairness, precision, and up-to-date rule knowledge. Tom’s leadership helps create a competitive, family-friendly environment where athletes can showcase their skills and pursue college opportunities.
Umpire Assignor: Frank Bispo
With nearly 40 years in education and officiating, Frank Bispo brings unmatched experience to California Fastpitch Tourneys. A former UC Davis football player, head coach, and current Division 1 college umpire, Frank is respected for his integrity, leadership, and multi-sport insight. As a father to five Division 1 athletes and leader of NCOA South, Frank’s straightforward approach helps guide the next generation of athletes and officials at CFT.
