With over 15 years of experience playing men’s fastpitch and men’s slowpitch softball, Shannon brings a deep understanding of the sport’s nuances and competitive spirit.
A proud father of daughters who excelled in travel softball, Shannon has firsthand experience in navigating the demands and rewards of youth sports. This personal journey has shaped his commitment to creating a supportive, family-oriented environment where young athletes can thrive. His extensive experience as a youth softball umpire for 15 years further underscores his dedication to fair play, sportsmanship, and the development of young talent.

With over 10 years of experience in the softball world as an umpire, Cameron has a keen eye for the intricacies of the game, ensuring that events run smoothly and fairly.
A proud veteran of the Navy, Cameron honed his computer expertise while serving his country, gaining invaluable skills in technology and information systems. He is a distinguished graduate of American Military University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management. Currently, he is furthering his education by pursuing an MBA, continuously striving to enhance his professional capabilities.
