Team Name/Player Name: Diamond Devils McGhee – Riley Wallace
Stats: .556. batting average, .714 on base percentage, & a 1.111 slugging percentage. 5 hits with 2 singles, 1 double, and 2 triples with 3 RBIs, 5 walks & no strikeouts.
Why They Stood Out:
Riley’s weekend helped drive the Diamond Devils to the weekend championship victory through power & discipline at the plate and elite speed with 2 triples in the same weekend. Her dominant offensive performance was a key in their age division leading 32 runs scored on Saturday & 8 runs on Sunday in route to their championship game victory, congrats Riley on a job well done!

Position: Pitcher
Stats: 40 strikouts & a 0.797 ERA.
Why They Stood Out:
Lucy’s dominance on the mound drove the strong defensive performance of C-4 in their undefeated pool play & braclet play run. The elite pitching & clutch performances in tightly contested games as C-4 won all games on Sunday by 2 runs or less & only allowed 10 runs to be scored across 7 games. The C-4 team Brard also shutout top Saturday pool performer Nevada Lighting Snow & Lady Sharks – Garay. Congrats Lucy on a job well done!

Why They Stood Out: Josie’s strong batting average stands out in C-4 wins as they commonly won gritty, tightly-contested games such as 2-0, 1-0, 5-4, & 2-1 on Sunday showing that runs were hard to come by! Her competitive spirit, composure, and contact hitting helped anchor the team’s offense and set the tone for clutch execution! Congrats Josie on a job well done!

Diamond Devils – McGhee
Undefeated Pool Champions (3-0)
The Diamond Devils dominated pool play with a perfect 3-0 record. They led Pool 1 in Run Differential (+17) and Runs Scored (32), proving to be an offensive powerhouse while holding opponents to just 10 runs total. A balanced attack and tough defense make them a team to watch going into bracket play!
Crush 2025 – Cass
Solid 2-1 Finish with Defensive Grit
Crush closed pool play with a strong 2-1 showing and tied for the lowest Runs Allowed (10) in the pool. Their disciplined play and consistent scoring (21 RS) helped secure second place. They’ll be looking to carry that momentum into bracket play.
Club All Star – Espinoza
Hard-Fought Victory and Competitive Spirit
Club All Star picked up a solid win and scored a total of 19 runs—just three shy of the top team—showing they can swing with the best. With a better run margin, they could’ve easily been in the top two. Expect them to make some noise in bracket play.

Despite a tough pool run, Crucial showed heart and hustle every game. These experiences build grit and growth—qualities that win championships in the long run. Keep grinding, ladies!

Highlight: Stayed unbeaten with clean defense and clutch hitting—another team that only gave up 5 runs total.

Diamond Devils – McGhee
12u Champions – 5-3 Final Victory
The Diamond Devils finished what they started. After going undefeated in pool play, they stayed hot in bracket play—grinding out a close 3-2 win in the semifinals before edging out Crush 2025 – Cass in a thrilling 5-3 championship game. With timely hitting and tough defense, the Devils proved they’re built for pressure and walked away as deserving champions!

Runner-Up with a Strong 11-1 Semifinal Victory
Crush stormed into the finals after a commanding 11-1 win over Club All Star – Espinoza. Their offense was electric and their defense sharp all weekend long. In the final, they gave the Devils all they could handle, falling just short in a tight battle. Hats off to Crush for a hard-fought second-place finish!
Crucial – Nino
Biggest Turnaround Performance
Crucial came into bracket play winless from pool play, but showed incredible growth with a near upset against the top-seeded Diamond Devils. They pushed the champs to the edge in a nail-biting 3-2 semifinal loss, proving just how fast things can turn around when grit meets heart. Major respect to this squad!
Club All Star – Espinoza
Semifinalists with Strong Offensive Sparks
Club All Star finsished bracket play with a 6-2 win over Crucial, showcasing sharp execution and clutch plays. Though they fell to Crush in the semifinals, they held their heads high after a weekend of solid team ball and leadership from the dugout.

🧢 Team Shoutouts – Bracket Play 14u
🔴 Batbusters – Gomes/Clark (Pool 3)
After a strong Saturday showing, Batbusters – Gomes/Clark dropped only one game in pool play — a tough matchup against Phantom Elite – Ortiz, who’s also in the semis. On Sunday, they stayed composed and focused, edging out WA Angels Futures – Davis and then Cal Nuggets Gold – Innerst to advance to the semifinals to play against Phantom – Millerts, where they found a strong rhythm to establish a 15-0 victory. In the championship game, Clark fell short in a 7-inning battle against C-4 Brard in a highly contested 2-1 loss. Great job, ladies, way to battle it out to the end!
🔴 Phantom – Millerts (Pool 2)
The story of resilience. After going 0-3 in pool play, Phantom – Millerts flipped the switch on Sunday, storming through bracket play with wins over BAPA Select – Parker, Lady Tritons – Tim, and finally Suncats – Ambrose. They’ve proven that a slow start doesn’t define a team. They may have run out of gas in their semifinal as they fell 15-0 to Batbusters Gomes-Clark.
🔴 Phantom Elite – Ortiz (Pool 3)
A weekend of perfection. Phantom Elite – Ortiz remains undefeated going into the semifinal, showcasing balanced play, solid pitching, and clutch hitting. They knocked out Club All Star – Garza 6-4 in a gritty quarterfinal win to meet the only other remaining undefeated team in the semifinal in C-4 Brard where they ultimately met their match in a highly competitive, ITB game, where they would fall 5-4 to C-4 Brard comeback efforts after leading 4-1.
🔴 C-4 – Brard (Pool 1)
C-4 – Brard has done everything right so far. Undefeated in pool play & bracket play, they brought that momentum into Sunday, including a statement 1-0 win over top pool performer NV Lightning – Snow, the Pool 5 #1 seed. They came back from a 4-1 deficit against Phantom Elite – Ortiz to ultimately win in ITB with a 5-4 victory. So far, they have found ways to win close games when it matters most! They found a way to win the 7-inning championship game 2-1 against Batbusters Gomes/Clark, highlighting their gritty ability to find a way to win close games, as they had 4 consecutive wins by 2 or fewer runs! Great job, ladies and congratulations on the championship win!
