We are a family-run organization, built by generations who have lived the game. From Director Shannon Dubois — a former player, umpire, and travel softball parent — to his son Cameron and daughter Cassandra, CFT is rooted in a deep love for softball and a shared commitment to helping families create lasting memories. We know the value of a supportive team, a dedicated parent in the stands, and the lifelong friendships forged on dirt and grass.

Our mission is to make every weekend on the field feel like a homecoming. That’s why we prioritize well-organized events that are not only competitive but also welcoming to athletes, parents, and coaches alike.

Led by veteran Umpire-in-Chief Tom Eddy and Assignor Frank Bispo, our officiating team ensures every game is called with accuracy and respect, upholding the highest standards of sportsmanship.

Our experience as players, coaches, parents, and officials has taught us that great competition doesn’t happen by accident — it’s built on preparation, professionalism, and a genuine respect for the game.

Cameron Dubois, our Director of IT, Marketing, and Business Strategy, brings a sharp operational lens and marketing expertise to every event. A Navy veteran with an MBA on the horizon, his leadership helps ensure CFT remains a top-tier platform where athletes can truly shine.
